Founder Biography

As a highly qualified Human Resources professional, Founder LaShawn Lindsey has built an extensive, high-performance career guiding executive leadership teams across a broad and diverse range of industries that include finance, retail and entertainment. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing strong HR talent acquisition strategy and processes to achieve any company's employee improvement and recruitment objectives. 

Utilizing her deep industry knowledge, LaShawn ensures all HR practices and hiring initiatives meet or exceed federal and state regulations. Throughout her career, she has served in roles spanning Corporate Recruiter, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Consultant, and VP of Human Resources.

Ms. Lindsey holds a Master of Science in HR Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from City College. She is an active member in good-standing with the Society of Human Resource Management Association and a Board Member with NYC SHRM.
