LaShawn Faith Lindsey is a seasoned human resources leader and consultant with over a decade of progressive experience in human resources management, strategic HR leadership, employee relations, and employment law compliance. As Founder and Principal Consultant of The Jax Group, LLC, she partners with startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and nonprofit organizations to provide practical, strategic, and hands-on HR solutions tailored to their operational needs.

Throughout her career, LaShawn has worked across nonprofit, public, and private sector environments, bringing a comprehensive understanding of the challenges organizations face when managing their workforce. Her expertise includes employment law compliance, workplace investigations, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee handbook and policy development, benefits administration, and organizational effectiveness.

LaShawn specializes in helping organizations navigate complex workplace matters, strengthen internal HR practices, and establish policies and procedures that promote fairness, accountability, and compliance. She works closely with executive leadership to address sensitive personnel matters, resolve workplace concerns, manage organizational changes, and implement effective HR strategies that support both employees and business objectives.
